Wellness Breaks
Our wellness breaks are short (11 minutes or less), simple breathing exercises or meditations/mindfulness techniques to reset your focus and give you a chance to check in with your physical and mental state. As we pass through immense changes in our daily routines and an increased stress load on many levels, it becomes vital we take care of ourselves. Whether you are working or teaching from home, need a regular short break or just feeling a bit overwhelmed tune in and get connected.
As a service to our community, we are offering these sessions at 10 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It’s free to register. To register, please follow this link https://www.wrcc.nsw.edu.au/course/WBM. The sessions will be provided online through Zoom conferencing program. You will need to download the free Zoom App on your phone, tablet or laptop and you are good to go.
