Travellers Spanish & Mexican Cookery

Cook Mexican vegetarian dishes and learn travellers Spanish. Introduce yourself, greetings, how to get around and how to shop. This course will give participants enough vocabulary to order food and have an understanding of some basic Mexican dishes. History of Mexican ingredients and foods. Preparation and cookery of Mexican VEGETARIAN recipes in the kitchen.

The trainer, Marilyn Wilson, lived in Mexico from 2009-2019, studying Spanish and cookery and later operating her own business teaching beginners Spanish for American companies in the Saltillo region. She has certificates in Spanish from the University of Sydney Centre for Continuing education, the University of Queensland Institute of Modern Languages and Tec de Saltillo. She is qualified through the Laureate International Universities English program to teach English as a Foreign language. She is a former Professor of English at the University Valle de Mexico- Saltillo Campus 2011-2016.
