This Italian cuisine course will expose you to delicious and traditional Italian cooking styles. This course is another excellent offering from WRCC’s own Damiana Arena.

In this course you will learn how to prepare an Italian staple of pasta. Damiana will show you how to make a traditional pasta dough and how to prepare it for your favourite pasta and also how to make ravioli. She will demonstrate the technique on how to prepare the dough, filling and shape your ravioli. You will cook and serve your pasta with a bolagnese and boscaiola sauce. This is a fun and interactive Italian cooking class and you will mostly definatley learn how to prepare a new family favourite.
