Cooking Italian Eggplant

This Italian cuisine course will expose you to delicious and traditional Italian cooking styles. This course is another excellent offering from WRCC’s own Damiana Arena.

In this course you will learn how to prepare a seasonal favourite of Melanzane Ripieni (stuffed eggplant). This course will show you how to prepare this amazing vegetable and stuff it with nonnas very own special filling. The eggplant is prepared, stuffed and then cooked in a traditional tomato sugo and Damiana will guide you through these simple steps and adaptable recipe.
