This First Aid course provides the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other firstaiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. There are no pre requisites for this unit
Participants are required to COMPLETE A WORK BOOK PRIOR TO ATTENDING the face to face training. Workbooks need to collected from our office a few days prior to allow time for completion. If you are unable to call in please ring the office so one can be sent out to you – please note to allow sufficient time to receive the workbook if posted.

In order for the paricipant to pass the practical component of the course, participants are required to be assessed demonstrating CPR with the manikin on the floor.
